我做一般的仰臥起坐 大概做30下一輪
做第二輪的前幾下 就開始覺得沒什麼力 然後腹肌就會抽筋...
是因為沒做暖身嗎?? 可是腹肌要怎麼暖身呀 (我有先跑3000公尺後才做)
還是就是單純的
我做不了那麼多下 = =?
